Duration:Up to the participants, but the social services (teaching) should last at least two months, more is also possible.
Age limit:Minimum 18 years old
Qualification:Good spoken and written English
Program Schedule:The volunteers can start at any time. For easier organisation, we try to coordinate the starting dates of the volunteers.
Application fee:$ 20 (for administrative cost, internet, etc.)

You can choose your phases and the costs are written in the description of the phases above. Participants should be flexible, physically fit and willing to involve themselves in another culture. We welcome participants without or with skills of all types and from all backgrounds.

Not included in the program: Insurance and flight cost, visa, personal expenses, accommodation, transportation and food before and after the programme.

Every participant is responsible for his/her own insurance !

CEP cannot not cover any insurance. Everyone who participates the CEP programme agrees that he/she is responsible for their insurance. By participating the CEP programme I accept the given conditions and prices.

CEP cannot assume any responsibility for loss of property, damage to the same, personal harm or illness. You will sign a agreement about this when you will arrive in Pokhara.

It is also possible and easy to get the visa at the airport in Kathmandu. You need a passport that is valid at least 6 months longer than the end of your stay in Nepal.

During monsoon (June until September) there can be heavy rain, but not every day. The best time for trekking is mid-September until November or March. For some travellers, summer is attractive because of the lack of tourists.
